to a host of facilities provided by PrivateLetting.co.za.
PrivateLetting.co.za is not a rental agency but a component of a sophisticated system
enabling a DIRECT relationship between owners and tenants. Tenants will be
negotiating and interacting DIRECTLY with the owners enabling faster response
cutting out time, money and the middleman

Lessors (owners) that use the PrivateLetting.co.za system have the capability to
record a lot of detail about the property for the convenience of the tenants. Details
of the finishing of the house can be viewed by the tenant. Emergency contact names
and numbers of various entities (e.g. security and garden services) that a tenant
needs to know can all be recorded by the Lessor and is securely available for the
tenant to view. These are just a few examples of the type of information that tenants
will have access to.
The system also makes provision for tenants to keep the owners informed of any changes
in their own contact details. Contact details of the lessor (owner) is available
online. Messages can be sent directly to the owner from the tenant's account.
Tenants can record their snag list (as required per contract) online. Tenants can
report problems/issues online and will automatically be informed of the feedback.
Notice of contract termination can also be done online.
Tenants can retrieve the house rules and all the notices with respect to the property
from their account. Scanned versions of the signed lease agreement can also be retrieved.
Monthly statements can also be retrieved via the tenant's account.
